Before my session I felt a little nervous, wasn't sure I would be comfortable taking pictures like this. During the session, Wendy made me feel totally comfortable, I forgot all about being nervous.
I trusted Wendy's skill and craftsmanship, so I felt confident there would be some beautiful images. Wendy is great at finding poses that are seductive, yet not too revealing. Very classy and beautiful! I loved my pictures and would tell others they should do this and give it a chance.

Before coming in for my session I felt committed, excited, and a bit self-conscious about whether I would photograph well in a boudoir context. Being "older" I hoped for a flattering experience that would build up my confidence. Interestingly after my session I felt more confident and self-assured than perhaps ever in my life. Maybe because I related the session to embracing turning 50 later this year, it felt like the session was helping me mentally lock-in on my "woman-ness" and start to retire my tired-mom/working-mom demeanor. I totally understand. That’s why we offer payment plans to make a boudoir portrait experience manageable for any budget. This is an experience that you will cherish for your lifetime and you’ll be able to look back at your pictures and cherish the memories and experience for years to come.
Yes!! We can do whatever your heart desires. We each have our own story and vision. Some women want their scars to stay as it is their story…their passage to motherhood, their fight with breast cancer; others want their breast reconstruction scars or cellulite removed. Some women go as far as having the extra skin under their arms or at their bellies tucked...we are here to help you with your vision. Most women find the softening filter that you see on all my work does just the trick!
Absolutely! I have had clients tell me they are not a "lingerie type" of girl but they decided to give it a try. One gal got fitted at Sol Lingerie and she had never even considered a pair of thong underwear before. We used it in her shoot. The images were stunning and she was so excited to have stepped out of her comfort zone. The next day she texted me and said “I just have to tell you I am wearing my thong underwear and I feel so sexy... it's like I have a little secret in my pocket and it has put a bounce in my step.” However, lingerie is not the only way to look and feel sexy. You can do a boudoir shoot wearing a dress, robe, button-up, tank top and even just the sheets. Let us know if you are interested in a more in-depth wardrobe consult.
Yes! The very first thing we do is give you a tour of the studio, layout your potential outfits and then for the next 60 minutes, my certified hair and makeup artist whom I have been working with for over a year, does her magic!
I live in Golden in a very quiet neighborhood called Applewood. My studio, boudoir bedroom, and sales room are all in my house making for a very relaxed and private atmosphere.
Once we book your date I send you an email with a prep guide that will tell you everything you need to know!
My sessions begin at 9am and then we shoot to be done at 2pm. Sometimes we get carried away and are having so much fun that we go a few minutes over…
Yes, you may bring 1 person (18 or older) with you to the viewing. Please note that we do one viewing session 60 minutes following your shoot, so be sure they know to be on time.
We offer payment plans with no interest that we tailor to your specific needs. Would you like me to explain how that would work for you?
No. We do one viewing and ordering session. With storage restraints, we only keep the images you purchase.
Yes, we do offer digital collections.
